r & r

after a most epic weekend, mike and i opted for a quiet day at the museum followed by our favorite thai place for lunch. while the weather was about 50 degrees short of warmth, we still managed to have fun on summertime proportions.

the milwaukee art museum has two fantastic exhibits going on right now. the first being a photo exhibit, "modernity in central europe: 1918-1945" featuring some gorgeous photos and collage, the second, "sensory overload" which basically blew our minds. at one point, we were wearing hospital booties, in a tiny box of a room with a bunch of cute parisians, surrounded by what looked like a billion shooting stars.

life doesn't get much better.

awe thanks guys! i'm sure you noticed the difference in the photos of mike vs the photos of me. mike is actually a photographer. he also has a $2,000 camera. dude is pro so the photos he took of me look, well professional. the photos i have of mike are taken with my canon digital camera. im not a pro. ha.
