An incredible short film by BBC's great documentarian, Adam Curtis. Using archival footage from the 50s and 60s, Curtis tells a story of American power and its unequivocal ability to fuck things up (think CIA, HIV, Manson Family, Lee Harvey Oswold, etc.). Psychedelic footage only promulgates the feeling of it all being one big, bad dream.
